To provide a fixed, transparent quote, we visit your site to evaluate:

Site Access:‍ ‍Determining if standard trucks can reach the area or if a concrete pump is required.
Levels & Surface Prep: Checking the existing slope and ground stability.
Drainage Requirements: Identifying if a drainage sump or specific runoff solutions are needed.
Underground Services: Locating pipes and cables to ensure a safe dig.
Material Calculations: Measuring the exact area to calculate the required dig-out depth, soil removal volume, and base course quantity.

When we meet to discuss your estimate, here are the factors we walk through to ensure the best result for your home or rural property:

Design & Finish: Do you prefer plain concrete, exposed aggregate, or a specific colour pigment?
Safety & Texture: Which finish (Broom, Mag Float, or Power Float) is best for your specific use case?
Reinforcement: Would you like a quote including reinforcing mesh to help minimise the risk of cracking?
Cutting & Aesthetics: Do you want standard expansion cuts, or decorative saw-cuts to create a large-tile aesthetic?
